How long does my order take to ship?

Custom orders are filled within a week of order being placed and paid for. They cure for 14 days and are immediately shipped once cured. In stock items are shipped within 2 business days of order placed.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently offer both domestic and international shipping to bring a little bit of our folksy charm to homes near and far. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Because each piece is carefully handcrafted and often made to order, processing times may vary. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it on its journey. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs, but we’ll always do our best to help if any issues arise along the way.

What is your return policy? 

Because each of our pieces is thoughtfully handcrafted and often made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We truly want you to love what you receive, so if there are any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to make things right where we can, and may offer shop credit or a replacement depending on the situation.
